I remember it being a fantastic sausage.

Spent a few days in Bavaria a look time ago.

Good food and great beer!

I recall TannenzΓ€pfle being a common choice.

That is true Bavaria is fantastic and worth visiting πŸ€™πŸ»

According to a traditional Bavarian recipe, white sausages are made from veal meat (at least 51 % of the composition) with the addition of pork fat, among other ingredients, and then seasoned with salt, pepper, onions, parsley, lemon zest.

You just boil it? What do they taste like?

No, you steamed in hot salted water. And taste... hmmm this id a very dofficult question, bc taste is pretty unique. Have you ever tried white sausage? this one has a lot of spices

No. They look interesting 😁.

If you ever get the chance then try it! Best accompanied by a pretzel, sweet mustard and, of course, beer.

I don’t know where I can get them in the US. Maybe when I go to Germany. 😁

Look for a german tavern or visit Germany! Just in case it is called Weißwurst - white sausage πŸ€™πŸ»
