Whatβs the white sausage made of?
My guess is weisswurst which I believe is veal.
According to a traditional Bavarian recipe, white sausages are made from veal meat (at least 51 % of the composition) with the addition of pork fat, among other ingredients, and then seasoned with salt, pepper, onions, parsley, lemon zest.

No, you steamed in hot salted water. And taste... hmmm this id a very dofficult question, bc taste is pretty unique. Have you ever tried white sausage? this one has a lot of spices

Damn that looks so fire. Iβm on a cut and just broke my fast with salted ground beef. Those pretzels are making my mouth water.
