I don't follow a particular diet. But what seems to work for me is big meals, max 2x/day, sometimes up to 72h fasts, big focus on protein and good fats.

Grass fed steak, eggs, sourdough, avocados, ghee, coconut oil, butter, Greek yoghurt, honey, nuts & blueberries make up the majority of my calorie intake

Fasting and feasting while others starve.

What is the point you’re trying to make? Should I not take care of myself because there are people who can't take care of themselves? Should there be no wealthy people because there are poor people? Should there not be no wise people because there are stupid people?

I, too, may one day starve. Until then I will live as best as I can and know how to ✌️

And you feel good on this? Was it easy to switch? I’m 7 months pregnant and it’s been really tough but I think it’s mainly due to my diet; I eat a lot of animal products but also too much sugar, carbs and plants. My energy is so low and a few other symptoms of ill health and I know it’s diet.

Yes, I definitely feel better than on 2-3 meals per day. More clarity and energy in general, less time spent on prepping/cooking/eating/cleaning, less time the body has to spend on processing the food eaten, etc. But it was not a conscious choice nor a sudden change, I gravitated towards that sort of a routine naturally and just embraced it.

Sounds like my ideal. I hate thinking about, planning, cooking food. I love just eating salmon, chicken or steak with nothing else but it’s the whole culture of food that I struggle with. Will just have to be stricter with myself and not be influenced. Thanks again! Good luck with your onward journey!! 🙏🧡
