Yes! …but no. It just does the walls. Foundation, interior, and roof still need to be done. Did I mention the interior? That’s the most time-consuming / labor-expensive part.
BUT! It builds in concrete for the same price as your traditional “stick” frame and hollow walls.
This makes the house tougher and with way more thermal mass - vastly decreasing heating/cooling costs/needs.
