Would be helpful to post which wallet, how you connected it, and if problem is sending receiving or both

Thanks. Got that but now have to go through the monotony of a coinos login, copying and pasting your address etc. It'll take time!
If you have a lightning compatible wallet app on your phone, clicking the zap icon will likely automatically open the invoice in that app for payment, no copy and paste needed. Custodial options include strike and cash app, Zeus works great for self custody but you must pay to open and manage your own lightning channels. Takes a bit to wrap your head around but once you've used it a couple of times it becomes intuitive.
Zeus also supports NWC so in theory there's no need to switch to the app to send the zap, but I haven't personally played around w it, I enjoy the friction of switching apps
