That's my plan, but the acreages I'm looking at are too expensive imo. My price target is 0.25 BTC. Until then, I'm waiting.

I think lots of people, including me, are going to borrow against our corn to buy acreage (when it makes sense).....instead if selling the corn.

Only if it's not all of it and you don't already have some.

For me I will get that land when 10% of my stack can afford it. And by that time I hope it’s safe to borrow against.

My logic behind this is if I need to flee because of any myriad of reasons, I still have the corn to go.

No one can really advise you on the best decision for yourself. But it is a good mental workshop to think.

The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The next best time is today.

Wait until after the purge of remigration and the monetary premium is removed from real estate. Not a good time now.
