You’re in control of your corn.

You’ll never be in full control of your land.

For me I will get that land when 10% of my stack can afford it. And by that time I hope it’s safe to borrow against.

My logic behind this is if I need to flee because of any myriad of reasons, I still have the corn to go.

No one can really advise you on the best decision for yourself. But it is a good mental workshop to think.

A way I think of it is;

The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The next best time is today.
