What's the difference between being righteous and being a rule follower?

i meant to respond to this earlier, but...
i really enjoyed the read. to me, the difference is not so different from how i view submission to my Wife in our dynamic—it comes from my free will.
there's more to deep, loving submission than the appearance of compliance; it's more like a chosen alignment. She doesn't demand it from me, i offer it to Her.
so i don't just "follow the rules" or do what She wants because She tells me to. i simply want what She wants because i prioritize Her and it comes from my heart.
