I love using riced cauliflower instead of rice, one of the best cheat codes for losing weight. It's not rice and doesn't taste like rice, but it does soak up sauces and it's filling. Had a burrito bowl with my saucy chicken from a couple of days ago, cauli rice, shredded cabbage, and a little sprinkle of cheese on top ๐Ÿคค

I like it too.

I hated it my first try. I was expecting rice because I listened when the people said it's just like rice!!! ๐Ÿ˜‚ when I went in with my mind open and told myself it's cauliflower, the sun shone a little brighter, the birds sang a little sweeter, there were rainbows everywhere... or I just decided it wasn't the disgusting shit I tried the first time ๐Ÿฅฐ

I can't escape the cauliflower taste when I've done this, and that increases whatever hormone is linked to sadness.

Lol, some salt, pepper, garlic powder and butter go a long way in the beginning. I've always been a cauliflower lover though. It is definitely not for everyone and I'm okay with it, although I'm sorry it makes you sad ๐Ÿซ‚๐Ÿ’œ

I'm ok with cauliflower as long as it's not pretending to be something else. ๐Ÿ™ƒ

๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ exactly why I said riced cauliflower, ricing is a process lol. And I hated it when I tried to convince myself it was rice.

Good one!

My easy cheat code weight loss meal is a good spicy chili, but I add in a fair amount of finely chopped cabbage. Chopped fine enough it doesn't change the texture, and a long simmer negates any cabbage taste. Super filling and tasty. I make a giant batch and freeze for later. ๐Ÿ˜‹

Yum, I've never thought about cabbage in chili! I love cabbage in all the things ๐Ÿ˜‚, it's a great filler and I don't mind the taste. I usually use napa cabbage for adding, but I just bought a pre-shred this go round. Chop some up next time you make a chicken noodle soup ๐ŸคŒ๐ŸคŒ
