Sadly i would be shocked if that were the case. There’s too much scamming to be done still, i think it’s just getting started/comes in waves/they’re learning not to yolo the fees so hard

Yup, just recently realised my mode had build up a bunch of utxo over the last couple of years. Paid 30sat/vB .. Garunteed to go far lower now !

As someone who stalled on learning about utxo management, I've paid the pipper as I also followed the rule; NYKNYC. Had nearly 500 utxos that I've gotten down to 200. Sub 20 sats/vB would be nice!
