what is it. dont we need an ISP to connect to the Internet?

I don’t need even internet…

BTW, any form of communication which does not rely on ISPs will do the job i.e. radio, satellite, walkie talkie, etc

The real point of failure is electric energy. But in this case, BTC will be the last thing to be concerned about.
