Lmao, hard to run a desktop environment with thousands of requirements when your distro is stuck in the dinosaur times. I'm on kernel 6.5.3 aw yeaaa 😁 rolling release is the only way. For servers you can afford to never update, but desktops, naw man gimme that sweet updates.

Ya at least arch is a product of the 2000s 😂💯 (that's why it's package manager is so much better than rpms or debs..)
Ya I mean .. it's not the downloading of packages that is not as good with Debs, it's the maintaining. The PKGBUILD format is so flexible and easy, and the repo structure too.. I hate building deb packages and repos, it's such a pita.. which is part of why I think the arch packages get updated faster and more selection in the AUR.
