How do you prepare the liver? Any favorite recipe or ways to spice it up??
Really basic one - just put liver in pan (in hot lard) and fry it a bit with salt and pepper. Then add eggs (again bit of salt and pepper) and mix it. Usualy it takes only around 5minutes. Easy 👌
We need some black people chefs, everyone's recipes is just salt and pepper...
Do we actually need more? I personaly like taste of meat itself, so salt and pepper is enought for me.
Some people. Most people. . . Need the kitchen sink in everything these days.
Again. Small tidbit sign of existentialist realities for these individuals.
They manifest even in something as miniscule as different flavorings on meat. Perhaps it's because they a tally don't know how to cook meat, or anything at all these days.
Humans in general have become a very sad species. The scope is vast, the receipts are everywhere and a plenty.
Cynical? Asshole? Pessimist? Nope.
Realistic.
But I digress, it's still really good.
