Are you on iOS? Seems Apple won’t allow zapping so primal used a workaround using @strike services in the background. I don’t know the whole story but it seems like lip-service kyc. It’s very easy to signup.. try a throwaway email address

You downloaded the wrong software. They are documenting your identity because they believe it might help them avoid some sort of legal trouble. I won’t use the software on account of this policy.
