I dehydrate organic bananas and then process them down into a fine powder. It is in the ingredients list 🤘🏼

Have you looked into the difference between freeze drying and dehydrating and how it affects the flavor of your bars?
I haven’t looked into freeze drying. Not sure how that would modify the consistency of the bars but worth considering. The dehydration does exactly what I want though for the banana powder though
