This chart also reminds me that low acetylcholine (which is made from dietary choline most prevalent in eggs) is responsible for autistic “stimming” bc we need acetylcholine in the ACC to control muscle movements a smoothness of motion. This is also related to methylation in the body. Thanks 🤙

Raw is great but use caution if it’s from the grocery store

I only eat sushi raw from places I trust. I might try steak tartar eventually, but, for now, I'll grill my steaks lightly.
