Me too, there's a lot out there to pick from, and to be honest with everything going on in my life I don't have the bandwidth to do the research 🙃

I’ve heard great things about Mullvad and IVPN
If you plan on using it on a Mac and using it while running StartOS it might mess up your connections and prevent you from making backups of your server just fyi otherwise, I love Mullvad.
