After a couple years of falling back into bad old habits, this Christmas I'm celebrating without the addition of alcohol. It can be difficult this time of year, surrounded by celebrations where the Christmas spirit is served from a bottle. Congratulations and good luck to anyone who deals with the same problem. 🫂🎄🎅

It certainly does & will. I had been sober for about a decade, then thought I could be a normal drinker again a couple years back. Not so much. I've been sober again for most of this year, so I've got a good headstart on Christmas.
