Does Obsidian just need some cloud drive type service to get sync working?. Perhaps Proton Drive could be what you're looking for.

Someone who I think uses Graphene and Obsidian from past posts is nostr:nprofile1qqsr26r4lltjnvrwadxp67ns58m4qpzaqemhf5sup7hlujhjh7t296qppamhxue69uhkumewwd68ytnrwgqsuamnwvaz7tmwdaejumr0dshspq5nhe - maybe he will have a better solution.

Apparently Proton Drive is not yet supported which is a damn shame.

They also don't have an incentive to support it anytime soon since they acquired standard notes. This probably means they'll develop a notes app of their own / potentially revamp standard notes.

Ah yes, heard about that acquisition. You're probably right!

I use Obsidian Sync, which is a service that'll shuttle your files between your devices in a private, secure way.

Moving my household's knowledge base to markdown files was a PITA but it means we'll never become captive to another platform again.
