From a purely physical/chemical perspective, I don’t see where the “free will” comes into play. It certainly doesn’t seem to when you methylate or hydrolyze a bond. But there’s double slit experiments etc…I have no idea. When I first started college I read Sam Harris’s book and thought I had it all figured out. But….I have no idea. It doesn’t seem like any physical or chemical force has “choice” but I’m also a fallible human who doesn’t know shit.
