No social media apps on the phone

I got myself a phone and only installed essentials/utility apps (banking, camera, maps...)

What works best for me is turning of notifications and telling myself whenever I pick up my phone what I’ll do with it, and then try to stick to that. It’s a great challenge.

I get a weekly report from my phone using "Digital wellbeing" if I go over a 2hrs a day the day turns from red to green. Every sudnay I show my weekly report to my 5 year old. This helps me.
