Narcissists will bring up every issue they can in an attempt to get a reaction from you.

They will continue to push you on everything they know bothers you.

They may even follow you around and continue to badger you even after you've told them you need space or time.

Then when they finally get a reaction out of you, they will blame and shame you for being unreasonable or overreactive.

Their goal is to keep engaging you until you break.

There are a few things you can try. Leave, take a break, shut down and end the conversation.

They will continue to push you, but almost anything you do will be better than reacting to them. #grownostr
