I think I have good gut health, but I question that every time I over-indulge in both cheese and bread.

I’ve been eating cheese and crackers a lot lately. Feeling like a mouse.

Yum. It's hard not to snack on cheese at work and when we rotate cheeses every couple days for our cheese boards.

I could see how that would be tempting
