Perhaps a lighter, more modern version. However, compatible with the nostr identity system, which Solid is not, right now.

I agree. I think some #Solid features can be good to have in Nostr, the POD concept for example, and boths have things in common.

Already on it. Made this, this morning. It's getting a lot of interest in the Solid community. There will be a sister spec for Nostr too.

You are right, the Solid Lite spec is rather short. I'm looking forward to the sister spec for Nostr. I think NIP-32 can be quite useful and a good starting point.
