Don't quote me on this, but I think boletes are never poisonous.
That looks like it could possibly be a bolete. If so, it's edible.

yeah, that was my first thought too, it looks like a bolete, quite a thin stemmed one tho
i think there is one sorta poisonous one and several that are not very tasty
