These are fully raw vegan wraps. The green squares are made from broccoli and peas and the portobellos are marinated in a home made vega BBQ sauce and both dehydrated for a few hours only.

The wrapper is manly made from spinach and zucchini and dehydrated during around 14 hours....

Sprouts are all home grown too...And finally found some spicy chilis 🌶️🥵🥰 Thanks to my dear husband ❤️

Now it's time to enjoy, relax, read and chill...😎
