Why do they do this nonsense. They already have all of the information and no criminals are going to file anyway. It is just harassment of small businesses.
Nope. It's a push to pass nonsense without an actual bill by unelected bureaucrats before the admin changes. Won't stand up on appeal. Similar to the sec suing everyone and constantly losing and being investigated for abuses of power.
