Ripple is actively lobbying to stop a #Bitcoin Strategic Reserve in the U.S. while pushing their centralized, corporate-controlled token.
We will not stand for it."
Maxis are dramatic. What happened to "bitcoin doesn't need you?" Same applies to the US. Bitcoin is not the be all end all. May the best solution win. Cry harder.
No thanks. I don't need a service trying to sell me on how secure they are. If someone is selling something they aren't a trusted source of information. Thanks for the info though. 👍
No I'm talking about how cell towers hand off data and how every Sim has two processors and one you can't turn off.
Hashrate != decentralization
Bro your initial post is accusing your entire community of larping. I just explained why it looks that way and you think anyone here other than you needs help? 😂
No such thing as immaculate conception. I can make the same argument that bitcoin will never be the seventh blockchain and because of that it will never be as good. Same bs argument, different number. Hash functions can be used for different purposes...bitcoin wastes energy for security that can be purchased much cheaper. Physics already defines everything we interact with so...anything you build based on the rules of this world is by definition already had its physics defined. You are drowning in maxi strawmen. Your are frustrated because they don't see the truth but you are so buried you don't which way is up anymore anyway. I can't stop a black hole... but that doesn't stop a universe from existing outside of it. Heck it doesn't even stop multiple black holes from existing. You are speaking in maxi only paradigm. No wonder you are lost.
All crypto, including bitcoin, is fiat."Defining the physics" doesn't change that. If anything it just makes the physics fiat as well. Rules without rulers run by human hardware is a decentralized gov. and money by gov. decree is fiat. 🤷
Hold your horses. What.the.heck are you even talking about? What does 2FA apps have anything to do with sim? Ok anyways, moving on.

1. I don't have my VPN on currently
2. I went into Google Play Store > Manage GAccount > Security and looked for old or existing signed devices (showed my location obviously) and signed out.
3. Turned my VPN on and Connected to Canada or whatever
4. Went back in the Google signed devices settings and saw this: (no IP, nothing)

2fa through text is a thing that gets hacked all the time...
Oh...yeah that's even more hacked. Cell service is not secure at all as it's based on handshakes and passing along information. This is why 2FA apps even exist.
Your Sim is actually 2 sims. You are powned before you even start.
I agree. I've been very thorough and I think you just don't understand what I'm saying. Believe me. Explaining myself over and over just to be told I'm a bad actor it's not fun. Enjoy.
Technology creates community. Always has. Agriculture, tools, science. Politics is downstream from culture but what people fail to add is that culture is downstream from technology. We build things and then create a story around then in order to integrate them and pretend that culture created them. This is why so many people's last names stem from old work occupations. Society is only interested in you as far as your are useful to it. Technology is extremely useful and a good technology will force society to lie to itself and change just to adopt it. Automation will do the same thing. You'll see people who were anti communism go full entitlement as soon as there is no need for their labor anymore.
We don't have decentralized manufacturing.
You started with the tone the moment you implied my replies were insincere and started straw manning everything I said instead of taking it at face value. Since you are engaging in an actual topic let's put that in the past.
I explained extensively how I think it applies but maybe you thought I meant something else entirely so I will try again. Dunbar applies here because I have come to believe based on how humans operate and how they are breaking down in situations above Dunbar's number, especially due to things like depression and anxiety, that a once useful mechanism of comparison used to find your place and status is now constantly giving you negative feedback and causing you to check out instead of compete or participate. The idea here is that as you get your circle back to something approximating your Dunbar number, the mechanism will become helpful again. It's not so much about overcoming and refusing comparison (something you cannot stop because your brain chemically does it anyway) it's about being in the correct environment for the mechanism to work properly. It's like blaming the teeth on a gear for not driving your car when you put the gear on the hood instead of the transmission. The teeth on the gear only work inside the transmission. They don't need to be removed or ignored, they need to be in the right environment. Being closer to Dunbar's number is the right environment. It's not the comparisons (teeth) that are the problem, it's their location.
Capitalism is eventually the best form of communism. It prices labor out of the market until everything is automated and can be created for almost free. The issue is...are we responsible enough to have that power or will we horde it to a few owners?
Secure hardware is a lie and this can't be fixed with software. 🤷
Bitcoins greatest strength, PoW, will end up being it's greatest weakness. I hope this can be avoided but it remains to be seen if the egotistical in the room can admit they are wrong about what bitcoin is and update it before it's too late. Bitcoin will go up in value many times before they show you the locked cage.
