I find myself hating on myself and killing off my own ideas and feelings in my mind sometimes, it's something I'm working on, but something I struggle with.

Like I will have an idea, and then I shoot it down and think of all the ways it won't work and the reasons why.

That’s healthy in a way. Chasing ideas that don’t work is a poor allocation of your attention

It’s good to kill bad ideas quickly

Perhaps build a due diligence system

1) store all ideas

2) review them once per week

Ask yourself a series of questions

- can you do this?

- do you have the resources?

- do you have the skills?

- does it excite you?

- will you stop at nothing to achieve it?

Up to you how you filter ideas

You could then have a ranking system, akin to product teams, so you can identify the best roi idea

Good ideas, thank you.

I think all of us have those same destructive thoughts, its all a matter of perspective for every thought on how it won't work try to come up with ways it can

Sometimes you just have to FAFO! You’ll learn either way.
