That’s the end goal, but there’s no way I take another 2:10 off next time I push it. Will likely take at least 3-4 more training blocks to get somewhere close.

Yeah man, good stuff! I think the next big milestone is same length but sub 4m.
Great work. My best 5k pace last year was 7:40 mile. You are killing it. Hope your body stays in tact. I’m biking now for heart rate exercise.
