First time I’ve ever properly trained for it, so was able to take a good chunk (2:18) off my previous best.

SUPER happy with that. Onto the next one… ✌️

It's 5000m in 22m10s, so it should be 4m 26s per kilometer.

Yeah man, good stuff! I think the next big milestone is same length but sub 4m.
