Nails, teeth, hair, skin, etc are all things that serve as indicators of health. It's better to actually improve these things than spending lots of time covering them up. Eat healthy, shine nails with those multi-stage foam files, keep hair clean & well cared for, moisturize skin with tallow or cocoa butter & get some sun... A little makeup can still go a long way, but too much can definitely be a negative IMO.
