Downtown is looking increasingly post-apocalyptic. Just depends on how many meth heads are scurrying about before they get removed by police. Historically a boom and bust town in the process of busting.
Tent life blowing up. In Boulder, it's out of hand.
But it had such a West Coast like run.
It really did, and now the real estate market is upside down in similar fashion and people who have the green light to work remote are good as gone. Commercial real estate downtown has been completely torpedoed. Hopefully the market finds a way to repurpose those high rises into residential housing bc the city's in desperate need of density.

A hidden gem for walking and seeing is the Capitol at Bismarck, ND. Beautiful and full of stories, especially for a flyover state.
