Hey, Adam. That sucks. I hope your recovery continues, and you can keep moving forward. You definitely have my sympathy. How did you manage to mess it up?

Mine has been very up and down, which is kind of hopeful, because it's definitely slowly getting better on the good days. Sleeping is the worst, as I'm still really struggling with nerve pain from my lower back, down my legs.

Its no good when it messes with sleep, I hope those issues resolve for you, but its good if you can notice improvement.

I think I was a little too vigorous doing front kicks and/or burpees. Been doing a lot of stretching the last few days and ice and heat.
