Potato harvest!

It's not an impressive haul, but this is common for a bed's first season/year.

The more plants are grown in this soil, the more the microbial biome gains size, strength, and diversity; even without adding amendments.

This bed has now been amended with sulfur to assist with a bacterial infection and stem rot that some of these potatoes had.

I'll probably innoculate the bed with home-made lactobascillus. Organic fertilizers, composted kitchen scraps, and/or fermented weeds might be added too.
