Replying to Avatar MRCX

Question: how to backup nostr? Interested exactly on the people I follow.

Why? Last night I followed around 800 plebs, this morning I do have only 600 and something. This is the second time happened to me.

What causes this? I have seen the numbers fluctuate but thought it was more of a relay issue and not that the list of following/followers had changed.
