I hope NOSTR continues to grow, but keeps the same valuable high signal content.

I fear that will not be the case as “normies” inevitably dilute the signal.

I wonder if there’s a way to filter by age of npub? Unfortunately I think it’s possible to spoof/sign a note with a fake time so there’s need to be a way to verify.

I think it will be on the individual largely, as it should be.

The early days of NOSTR, 2022 to 2025, I basically follow back indiscriminately after “confirming human” and then followed high signal NPUBs in my feed from there. Then I would unfollow an NPUB if a saw a consistent theme I didn’t like.(Usually the ones that I just “confirmed human”)

Going forward, I’ll probably be way more judicious in follows. Early NOSTR truly is special, and I hope to hold on to that for as long as possible!
