I haven't tried yet, every time I check the web version, there are no trades available.
The web client is a little more outdated compared to the functionalities of the CLI client, but it works, we need more help there
You can try creating an offer and if no one accepts it, complete the process with another nsec so you can see how it works. You can create as many identities as you want from the web client!

I don't really have the time or expertise to be mucking about in the CLI. Will give the web UI another go soon, but every time I've checked it's been completely empty.
