Some neat lettuce varieties I grew last year. So much colour and variation. This growing season is going to be the best one yet!
What are you most excited to grow this year???

peppers are my favorite, but that might be because they are difficult to ripen in my climate.
I’m excited to try the Tokyo Bekana that you mentioned!
Yes it's a Chinese cabbage of sorts. It has a very very mild mustard flavour. Very fresh flavour not too far off from lettuce. It grows a bit like a lettuce but it is very fast. It grows best in early spring. Plant early!
Excellent, thank you!
Tokyo bekana is a great candidate for microgreens too if you have lots of seed

I have bare root trees for fodder and some to attract deer on order. I have also been trying to root some apple and basswood sticks. I'll be focusing on getting a nursery going and setting up my chicken compost system. I'm looking forward to tomatoes the most for garden stuff.
