Yes it's a Chinese cabbage of sorts. It has a very very mild mustard flavour. Very fresh flavour not too far off from lettuce. It grows a bit like a lettuce but it is very fast. It grows best in early spring. Plant early!

Tokyo bekana is a great candidate for microgreens too if you have lots of seed
