Second time through the new “full body workout”. Had to stop before the last set because feeling shaky.

Ate something, rested, got up and finished to the end. 👍

What's the workout?

A customized set of exercises from my fitness trainer. I’m working on rehabbing my feet, balance and flexibility. I had a sitting career and sit for my hobbies, so I’m pretty much starting at Level 0.
