I totally get how bad this sucks. Keto mostly cleared up these probs for me. If I do it for 1 - 1.5 weeks a month, I have minimal PMS symptoms. Bad PMS is often high, unopposed estrogen. Keto seems to fix that and clears up a low mood for me.
