We need more Bitcoin podcasts

all you really need is a good microphone and camera. You don't even need a studio or anything. I've seen good channels of podcasters talking in their car or just walking around the neighborhood talking and they get lots of subscribers.

You do need a good personality tho. Some podcasters are boring.
