Crypto is just fiat principles pasted onto Bitcoin like software.

It’s analogous to record labels creating a closed internet platform and still selling entire CDs as one unit for the same price as physical disks, while #Bitcoin is the suite of protocols for file sharing.

The software may look similar, but they are nothing alike.

Bitcoin as file sharing works because it’s specifically open and uncontrollable. The analogy is more about the nature of the technology rather than any judgment of downloading music for free.
