Depends on the amount. With the basic amounts it’s KYC light: they only have your bank account. Nothing else. Above high amounts KYC is needed indeed

Your coins from Relai and similar orgs are absolutely KYC’d because they have your bank account and IP address.

99.99% probability is that Relai and similar orgs retain the trade data and, when needed, the gov will force Relai to submit that data.

There is no “light” KYC.
