100%... even if we're solving some very heinous crimes, I cringe when hearing about the use of these DNA results against people. They were violated. There's too much in your DNA about other people for it to be a thing you own to give access to. I'm not sure what part of the constitution or HIPAA laws or what should be changed but I feel very strongly that this is a violation, for any use of this data outside of direct customer health services.
