If I were broke, these are the foods I’d buy to lose fat and get healthy:
- ground beef (70-30)
- chicken liver
- frozen/canned fish
- chicken thighs/legs
- whole eggs

How would you recommend using and eating the honey? How do you include in your diet?
I like to:
- drizzle over Greek yogurt
- mix with milk
- eat straight from the tub. Refrigerated and it has a toffee like texture.
