I was recently in a discussion about dispatcher time and demeanor. The question was rather I’d want a dispatcher who was all cheerful or more monotone. It reminded me of the funniest dispatch I had. We were being dispatched to a stricture fire which was fully involved. The dispatcher got excited and said, “It’s a blazin’!”
