Yup. Infused that ribeye to perfection.

Flash broil to finish

Sous vie is on my list of things to get for sure.

Takes the guessing out of a fat ribeye.

Cooked to perfect center. Then you just figure your finishing spices for the flash grill or broil and can focus on chimichurri or Gorgonzola sauce. ☺️

I use my Sous vide at least 3 times a week! It's magic! also fantastic use of time. I can go to work, come back, 1,5 min in the pan on each side, dinner is ready!

Have not done one with a chunk of butter in it yet 🤔

Use mine all the time. Have never done butter. Is now on the list!
