If it wasnt for #nostr, I would have gotten a lot of important things done this July. I would have been riding along for the death of the blue bird. I would not known about #SimpleX, would not have spent time building a relay or figuring out the heck NIP-05 is. I wouldn't know about #events or #notes. Wouldn't have used the #lightening network or know what a #zap was.
Most importantly, I would have never met all of you freaky freaky #Nostriches.

😂 I support your conviction. Myself, I have been captured by the technology that Satoshi created and not only support Bitcoin, but also #Cardano. As a third gen Blockchain and eUTXO model, in addition to an open protocol and governance being developed, it has much potential. It will not replace Bitcoin as a standard, but has the potential to help with the larger issue of developing a trust less banking system .. which is what kicked all this off in the first place. For me, Bitcoin and Cardano for now.
As I see it, Bitcoin is the true layer zero. The layer in which we express value, and other chains like #Cardano add scalability as well as the ability to run smart contracts.
